DWELL Magazine has just released their own prefab home! One of the most popular publications in all of housing has officially entered the prefab home space with their new ADU call The Dwell House. This is huge news for the prefab home industry as it's the second magazine I've seen partner with an offsite construction builder this month alone. I think this new trend of prefab builders partnering with publications with a massive reach is a brilliant idea that will be mutually beneficial for both parties and people looking to buy a prefab home.
